DC Comics is pissed that Valencia F.C. is using the symbol of the Dark Knight in their team logo. Batman is a trademarked property of DC Comics and Warner Brothers and they don't think that Bats is much of a soccer fan.
The only problem is that there's been a bat symbol in the team logo since its inception in 1919 and it's also been part of the Valencia coat of arms since sometime around 1503.
Maybe they just don't think La Liga is very much fun to watch unless Messi or Ronaldo is involved.
